We are happy to provide participants from lower middle income and low-income countries with a benefit from a 30-50 percent reduction in the basic fee for your international participation.

An invitation letter to the conference may be requested from the Conference Secretariat after the registration fee is fully or 50% paid.

Please note that Plenareno and the Conference Secretariat will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a registrant. The invitation letter does NOT financially or legally obligate Plenareno in any way.
